...last night was pretty spectacular...it's a BBQ/Jazz combination resturant/bar -
- and considering it was a Sunday night, the place was absolutely heaving, spoilt for choice on the menu front, I spotted the perfect thing to try - "The Rib Sampler", in the picture you can see the three different kinds (all "Pit Hickory and Apple wood smoked"), the long ones in the middle were Kansas city style and were described as "saucy", the small ones on the right were Texas style beef ribs and the fat looking ones on the left were St Louis pork spare ribs, they were served with "Blue smoke magic dust" which looked and tasted like "Aromat" (if you have ever tried that), Texas Pete hot sauce and classic BBQ sauce -
- yum... ;)
