Chilis Canary Wharf in Administration!

Disaster! My favourite crappy American eatery has gone into administration and closed it's doors forever! Curse my penchant for places where I can hear myself think! :(

The credit crunch has well and truly done it now! >:(

They've closed in Cambridge too! We're pretty sad about it.

I can't believe it's closed. Chilis Cambridge was my fave place to eat, the food was simply excellent and the service was always with a smile.

Am gutted.

I have always wondered what happens when a place like this is closed. I mean is there a way to understand where the chief and the staff go. Cause the personnel is what makes one place unique.
