Well, I guess if the shoe were on the other foot, and I were scooting around an airport or zipping along a hotel corridor I would be very pleased to have my little pull along briefcase, taking the weight of the oh-so-heavy mobile phone, wallet, pen and small pile of papers from my tired shoulders and placing them on those squeaky casters or roller-blade wheels, and in those situations, I'm sure they are most practical - however - when moving at speed as a (and I make up a word) "commuter-raptor" whipping through the pack of equally aggressive hunters, all making our certain, rapid and steely-eyed way with practiced familiarity through tunnel, across street and plaza, the occasional sudden trip (or even stub) when encountering the stupid little blob on the end of flimsy aluminium rod, flipping over every few steps as it wobbles pitifully along behind some confused, diminutive and lumbering "business traveller" who is frankly perfectly capable of picking the pathetic item up and using the handle makes my blood boil...
DELETE.
