The rail system...

...(and so I am lead to believe, the tube) are positively teeming with uniformed Police today (it being a Thursday again)... and I think it almost goes without saying that there are also a large number of armed undercover officers pretending to commute with us...ready to squeeze an inconceivably large number of hollowpoint rounds into, hopefully, a guilty parties head...

At Kings Cross four officers were yelling at a Chav in an attempt to explain to him that today wasn't really the best time to be mucking around on the railway, and he really should buy a ticket in future...he was yelling back (but in an embarrased sort of way) spouting some mindless attempt at a justification for his behaviour and loudly, but amusingly enquiring if they didn't have anything more important to be doing with their time...(I could almost hear the cell doors being slammed shut)... ;)
